Parents & volunteers
Karting runs on family. Between our Junior, Senior, and Masters drivers, race weekends take more hands than just the ones on the wheel — from timing stand to pit lane to the drive home. Here's where parents and volunteers fit in, and how to jump in at whatever level works for you.
Ways to volunteer
Pit crew support
Help with tire changes, fueling, and getting a kart from the trailer to grid on time. No experience needed — our crew chief will walk you through it.
Timing & scoring
Track lap times and results from the stands so drivers and coaches can review pace between sessions.
Transport & logistics
Help coordinate rides, trailer towing, or hauling gear to and from out-of-town races.
Fundraising & sponsor outreach
Help find local sponsors, run a fundraiser, or manage donations that keep tires, fuel, and entry fees covered.
Photography & content
Capture race weekend photos and short clips for the gallery and team socials — a camera or phone is all you need.
Event day setup
Arrive early to help set up the pit area, canopy, and tools, and help break it all down again after the last race.
Social media management
Help run TTR's social accounts — posting race updates, driver highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments between events.
Merch sales at events
Run the merch table on race day — set up, handle sales, and help spread the word about TTR gear to the paddock.
Support from the stands
Show up and cheer
Every driver, races better with familiar faces trackside. Showing up matters more than you'd think.
Follow & share
Like, comment, and share race recaps and photos — it helps the team's reach and makes sponsors take notice.
Welcome new families
If you've been around the paddock a while, help newer TTR families get oriented on race weekend routines.
Spread the word
Know a local business that might want to sponsor, or a driver looking for a team? A quick introduction goes a long way.
